Ms. Plenefisch is of counsel with Davis Grimm Payne & Marra. She graduated cum laude from Seattle University School of Law. She also holds a bachelors degree from Cornell University, graduating with distinction in all subjects, and a masters from University of Maryland. Her primary area of focus is in labor and employment law, both in public and private sector. She provides research, writing and consulting services in all aspects of risk management and litigation, including drafting initial responses, summary judgment motions, and appeals in EEOC or HRC discrimination complaints, NLRB or PERC charges, Employment Securities filings, wage and hour matters, civil rights questions, and other workplace-related issues. She conducts independent investigations into employee complaints. She has also created and provided training to staff and management on a variety of legal issues. Ms Plenefisch is licensed to practice in Washington State, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is also a member of the Labor and Employment Law section of the American Bar Association.
