Brian P. Lundgren specializes in employment and labor law at Davis Grimm Payne & Marra in Seattle.  Prior to attending law school, Mr. Lundgren served as an infantry squad leader in the United States Army.   After completion of his Army experience, he attended Hamline University School of Law in Minnesota, where he graduated summa cum laude.  Upon graduating law school, he spent over five years as a civil trial attorney in Minnesota handling a wide range of litigation matters in both state and federal court. 

Since joining Davis Grimm Payne & Marra, Mr. Lundgren has focused his practice exclusively in the fields of employment and labor law, including both consultation and employer defense litigation.  He applies his trial experience and understanding of employment and labor law to effectively assist employers with compliance issues, risk avoidance, and defense against lawsuits. 

Mr. Lundgren was named to Washington’s Rising Stars list, which recognizes outstanding lawyers through a selection process that includes peer nominations and independent research on candidates.  He was previously named to Minnesota’s Rising Stars list during his practice in Minnesota.
